Because each item is thoughtfully handmade and customized specifically for your child including style, size, and fabric selection all sales are final and non-refundable.

If you receive an item with a defect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. I will gladly review the issue and, at my discretion, repair or replace the item.

Please note that items will not be remade due to ordering errors, so I kindly encourage you to double-check all details before submitting your order.
